111 Piccadilly forms part of their ‘Pioneer’ programme and is described as being ‘Manchester’s most tech-advanced workplace’.
The workplace benefits from the installation of a ‘central nervous system’ – a smart tech platform which will keep the occupants health and wellbeing at the fore, with ‘circadian’ lighting and sensors to monitor air quality, space utilisation and energy usage.
Along with many more exciting and innovative tech features, it’s no surprise that there is also a strong biophilic presence too – which is where we’re delighted to play our part.
The ground floor of the premises is set to become Platinum Standard WELL certified next year, one of the first coworking spaces in Europe to achieve this status, so we wish Bruntwood success with this much coveted built environment accreditation.
