We’re proudly sharing the news that we have been appointed by Robertson Group on behalf of Bruntwood, to assist on the first Bruntwood Works Pioneer development in Leeds City Centre, at West One Estate.
Called ‘West Village’, this latest Pioneer development includes the creation of a brand new 4-storey extension designed by 3DReid Manchester, which is architecturally both curved and convex in its shape.
And we’re extremely excited to have the opportunity to install a HYVERT Living wall system which wraps and mirrors the curved shape of the building in the exact same way.
Consisting of almost 32,000 plants and reaching the same 4-storeys in height, it will provide approximately 332 sqm of stunning biophilic coverage.
Biophilia being one of the six key pillars behind Bruntwood Works Pioneer developments, (along with art, sustainability, wellness, amenity and technology).
Our successful Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University continues and this latest HYVERT Living Wall project in Leeds (like Bruntwood Foundation Altrincham), will be equipped with sensors and become another live environmental experiment, allowing us to collate additional scientific data from a completely new location.
We’re looking forward to comparing results from this cross-county analysis.
