This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is ‘Connect With Nature’.

In a recent survey, 1 in 6 adults said that in the week prior to the survey, they’d experienced a mental health problem.

Anything we can do to help ourselves cope with the stresses of daily life to positively affect them is a win.
