Breakthrough Properties

Not one but two HYVERT 'firsts'. It's our first instruction for Breakthrough Properties (a leading global life sciences real estates company) and also our first 'temporary hoarding' HYVERT installation. Following planning approval from Oxford City Council, Breakthrough Properties are now developing a new site in Oxford called Trinity House with completion expected Winter 2025. And the Trinity House advertising hoardings now erected incorporate HYVERT living wall panels too.

These panels are an early insight into Breakthrough’s ongoing commitment to increase energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and provide healthy workspaces. The Trinity House design also includes a series of living walls, dedicated amenity and well-being centres. And as with all of its European projects, Breakthrough commits to at least BREEAM Excellent certification, while striving to reach BREEAM Outstanding. At the end of the construction phase, the HYVERT panels used within the hoardings will be sustainably integrated into the final Trinity House biophilic design scheme.
