An investment by Bruntwood SciTech has meant that Liverpool Science Park and their Sciontec Partners are now the proud owners of a stunningly refurbished building. Located in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter, the building known as IC1 now incorporates many new features that have the occupant's/visitor's mental health and well-being at the fore and includes masses of green infrastructure which besides looking beautiful, will also increase biodiversity.
This was a fantastic project that included the installation of two HYVERT Living Walls and an internal planting scheme that mixed live and artificially plants brilliantly. The external facade has a combination of HYVERT live wall to the ground floor elevation and an artificial green wall continuing above. And internally, HYVERT is immediately visible again, forming an incredible biophilic back-drop to the Reception area.
