San Carlo

January 2022 and we’re reflecting back a year to the beginning of 2021, a time when sadly, travel restrictions were still in place.

However, this enforced curtailing of recreational travel did not stop Manchester International Airport ploughing ahead with their expansion plans and as part of this development, Terminal 2 also underwent a major revamp.

The revamp wanted to attract prestigious new Hospitality Operators too and one of these new arrivals was the fabulous San Carlo Restaurant Group.

San Carlo

We’re proud to include San Carlo as one of our long-standing Clients, having dressed their restaurants across the UK, so during this eerily quiet time for such a busy International Airport, our tree-building technicians were busy at work.

The design concept for their new Terminal 2 restaurant was centred around an absolutely stunning, majestic White Blossom tree measuring 4m in height and with a total spread of around 7m!

FR treated artificial trailing Ivy and Scindapsus fixed to batons were also installed above both the bar area and along the top perimeter of the windows.

San Carlo

What an idyllic setting for a meal and a glass of fizz to toast jetting off somewhere wonderful!

“We’ve worked with I Want Plants on a number of projects across our estate and at our team HQ. They’re a great bunch to work with and we’ve always been impressed by the excellent quality of planting used – whether real or artificial. Our Christmas installations at San Carlo Manchester have been particularly impressive – helping us to make an on-brand impact, surprising and delighting both regular customers, passers-by and of course, via photography we’ve been able to reach out to customers new and old via our digital channels.”  San Carlo Restaurant Group
